Production Flow


Description
This is a training course to carry on with the continuous improvement program, to enhance the teamwork, improve the productivity, and reduce the lead time and waste in all production processes.
The training course covers the Total Flow Management program, with special focus on the Production flow. The course starts with the introduction of the Push and Pull flow and continuous with the Production flow. The Production flow is broken down into five elements: (i) Line and Layout Design, (ii) Border of Line, (iii) Standard Work, (iv) Single Minute Exchange of Die - SMED, and (v) Low-Cost Automation.
